I planed the party from out of state & they were helpful every step. My first contact with them was professional, cordial, and accommodating! They asked everything from what I wanted them to wear, to if I wanted them to learn special songs.The day of the party they arrived early & even offered to help set-up!! • I hired this band 4my Boyfriends Bday. Right away they emailed me, lettin me know that they got my request &they R lookin forward playin at his party. Ther professional, down 2earth guys. loved that they asked questions like what I want 4HIS party, how I want them 2dress, what kind of music I want/care for. What time 2b ther cause it takes time 2set up they got there EARLY. They EXCEEDED our expectations on EVERY aspect of our wedding: planning (responsive & great communication from beginning), set up (very professional & accommodating), MC function/announcements (fantastic, even with minimal direction), live performances (got everyone on the dance floor & having fun), special requests (learned new songs for us), etc. Having Soundcake for our wedding was very special to us (especially considering we found them online and booked them sight-unseen) & we wouldn't change a thing. • Soundcake performed at my brothers 50th birthday party. I was in charge of finding him that perfect band. I'm happy to say I did just that. Soundcake was amazing and fun to have at the party. • Soundcake could not have rocked our backyard wedding reception any more! They did a fantastic job! Everyone LOVED them and they are super cool people as well! Customer relations is another strong suit and I'd hire them again in a heart beat...they even had all the grandparents out boogying! Thinking of having them back for my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary next March! We couldn't have been more satisfied...my husband and I are not even dancers but we rocked out!
