Gino and the Lone Gunmen is a 3 piece band that performs a rockin' mix of ROCKABILLY, SWING, BLUES, COUNTRY, and Vintage ROCK and ROLL. From Elvis and Buddy Holly to the Cavern Club days of the Beatles! The group is led by guitarist and singer Gino Meregillano. Gino is a San Diego guitar instructor who has recorded and performed live with groups such as The Guana Batz, Levi Dexter, The Stilettos, Mo' Wasabi, No Dice and many more. Gino has professional endorsements with Gretsch Guitars, Clayton Custom Picks and Coffin Case Accessories. On the stand-up bass, the Lone Gunmen have Mark Thomas. Mark has toured all over the world and worked as a bassist and harmony vocalist with Mark Stuart and the Bastard Sons, Moot Davis, Grammy and multi platinum winning guitarist/producer Pete Anderson, Six Degrees recording artists and California Music Award winners Los Mocosos, and producer Jim Dean. As a BMI affiliated songwriter, Mark's songs have received radio airplay and licensing throughout the world. Rounding out the trio is Frankie Espericueta on the drums. Frankie is a multi instrumentalist who also fronts his own mariachi band, and is well known for performing with the "psychobilly" band Kock'em Stiff. Gino and the Lone Gunmen's full length CD of original music was released in early 2010.
Gino and the Lone Gunmen are available for single set (45-60 min) concerts, multi-set (1- 4 hours) club and casino dates, private parties, weddings or corporate functions.
