We drove 2 hours for this gig. We were placed on a deck that was 25 feet in the air. We performed in front of no one. The attendees were fifty feet below us, and fifty yards to our right. We played one set of ten songs, and had five more sets planned. As we started the second set, we were told it was about to rain and there was no shelter for us. We had to move all of the equipment in a house. After it rained for an hour, we were told we were done. We said we would wait out the thunderstorm, our fee was cut, breaking the contract, and we had to pack up in the rain with all of our equipment getting wet. The truth is we never really got started on this gig.

Throwback was an amazing band. They came early, set up, and had everything ready well before the party started. They played a great array of music, which hit all of the age groups of my guest. Every band member was so talented, they completely passed my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again, I don't think I could have chosen better performers. They are worth every cent I paid them and more.

Throwback learned several songs upon request for our event, very easy to deal with and responsive to emails, good varied sound throughout their song list, great band for excellent price

You really know you were successful when guests come up to and ask early on in the evening, "Where did you find this band; they are phenomenal!" I am so totally pleased with Throwback and how they performed at my party. I have never done anything like get a band before and it could not have worked out any better - they were simply fantastic. Their variety of music was great and their execution was superb. I and all my guests had so much fun that I really think I may do it again sometime. If I do, I do not even have to think twice about the band. Throwback will get the call and I never would consider anyone else. They are great, fairly priced, and worth every penny.

Throwback was fabulous!! This party was held at our home-they arrived early, set up quickly and started promptly. The music was tailored to fit the mood and composition of the audience. Their voices are very good and match the performers very well (my husband -surprise birthday boy - loves ACDC and the drummer was a perfect match). We had more than 70 guests - everyone has praised the band highly and asked where on earth we had found them!! People have stopped us in public and commented on how great the music was. Throwback I can not say enough good things about this group they were great they made the party. Their music was amazing they sounded better than the orginal on many songs.
