With a new look and great sound Freddy Freund is coming out into the music scene as a solo artist. Formerly playing with a band he had put together called “Sekond Nature”, Freddy has stepped out on his own to create a new sound and look in the South Florida area. Not only does Freddy play solo, but he has made many friends in the music business to play with, coming up with different looks, sounds and styles for any venue or private party.



Freddy has been playing guitar and singing for almost 10 years self taught in the styles of Blues and Rock and was pushed hard to play by his father a rock guitarist himself. Influenced early on by the sounds of heavy metal and hard rock before expanding his horizons to more diverse music that has instilled in his guitar playing and song writing to this day. Main Influences on the guitar include the likes of Eddie Van Halen, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Kirk Hammett, Keith Richards, Jimmy Page just to name a few. Vocal influences include Bono of U2, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith and many more.



Originally from Port Washington, New York, he started in high school and formed and band called “Graphic”, playing in the finest venues, such as CBGD’s, Limelight, Elbow Room, and many more.



The last four years Freddy had reunited with a former band member of “Graphic” to for the next band “Sekond Nature”. “Sekond Nature” was a well known band in South Florida, playing in the tri-county area. With differences in the band the two decided to go their separate ways.

They played as a duo during cocktail hour, then as a full band during the reception, and acted as the MC. • J&F were great at our wedding rehearsal party and I would surely use them again at my next party. They were a little late due to Miami's Friday-rush hour traffic but made up for it by playing an extra set at a discounted rate.
