DESCRIPTION:
I have been performing live since 1975. I have played at various types of functions, such as private parties, cocktail hours, taverns, birthday parties, country clubs, tiki bars, etc. I have a repertoire that consists of about 200 songs in the style of top 40 pop classic rock. I have the ability to play light music for a dinner crowd, to a full blown partying packed house. I typically do a show that is anywhere from one to four hours, depending upon your needs. I have a highly professional act and I take my music and singing very seriously, but at the same time, not losing sight of the fact that I am playing to have a great time, and keeping the crowd excited and enthusiastic. I encourage sing-a-longs and have extra sheet music for those who like to come up and sing. From soft melodic vocals and guitar playing, to a very rapid and gutsy guitar strum, with powerful, gruff, bluesy vocals, I can adapt to what is needed. I am a very down to Earth individual, complete with no ego or attitude and am extremely easy to work with. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for checking me out. Steve made my backyard BBQ a huge hit! He played every song choice I had asked for and has all the "70's classic rock" songs down pat. Not only was he real talented but a super sweet guy too! Steve was very professional and respecetful. Steve showed up ahead of schedule so that he could properly set up and sound check. Steve began playing right on schedule. Although working under a hot sun, Steve gave 100% and everyone enjoyed themselves and had many compliments on what a great job he did. Covered alot of bases, James Taylor, Beatles, etc - all well performed.

We hired Steve Giman for our Fourth of July party. It's the first time I've used Gigmasters and from start to finish the whole process couldn't have been more convenient or easier! Steve arrived early to set up and was very accomodating despite the horrendous weather! He played for three hours and made our "washout" or a barbecue an utter success!! Everyone was asking me where I found him and or course, I raved about Gigmasters. Thanks Steve and thanks to your website for a great experience. we'll definitely be using you again!
