DESCRIPTION:
Point Blank is an experienced cover band (primarily classic and contemporary rock) that has been playing in the Northern Virginia-DC-Maryland area for 15 years and has a large regional following. The band plays songs from the 60's to today. It has six members: drummer, keyboards, bass, two guitars, and vocalist. The keyboardist, bass player, and one of the guitarists also sing lead and backup vocals. The band members, except for the female vocalist, are in their late 40s and early 50s and are all accomplished musicians. The female vocalist is in her mid-20s and is extremely versatile and comfortable performing rock, blues, and modern country. The band plays a bit of everything from Aerosmith to ZZ Top. The band was featured in an in-depth article in The Chantilly Times newspaper in early 2006.

CLIENT FEEDBACK:
The band was on time and very professional. At one point I asked them to adjust the volume and they were very acommodating. That night business was slow and the last 1/2 hour I told them they could stop but they didn't. They had one of ours customers come up and sing and we just had a good time.

Point Blank was wonderful. Their music was a great mix for both my father's 60th and my 30th birthday.
I couldn't resist getting up and dancing for the entire evening. The band were great at accomodating my wishes for classic '70's and '80's rock, and they just made the party fun for everyone. Thanks for a great time!!

Point Blank showed up on time, dealt with our wilderness site, started on time, and played longer than contracted. We asked them to lower their4 volumne as there were very young children present, and they did so better than other bands usually will in this situation.
Band members were personable, accommodating, and pleasant to spend the afternoon with... A nice party band with a decent repetoir and a great attitude.

This band was perfect for our outing. They arrived early for set up. They were ready when our guests arrived. The equipment, set up, lights and stage setting was professional. They worked through the rain and stayed on an extra half hour! Total professionals, the music was tight, the vocals were excellent and there was a wide variety of music to suit a diverse group of guest. Needless to say, I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful event. Thanks,Point Blank and Gigmasters.

What can I say?
I would definitely hire Point Blank again for another event. Very professional, personable and a fun Band. People at this event were impressed and wanted to know more about the band and how they could contact Point Blank if they possibly considered using them at their future functions.
I want to take this time to personally thank Point Blank for the great time, and hope that they are are successfull in their future endevors and most importantly keep having fun, and I hope to see you again sometime soon.
