Description
Kentucky Chrome is a 5-piece rock n' roll band that concentrates heavily on the music of the late 50s and early 60s (i.e., Johnny Cash, Johnny Horton, Chuck Berry, Rolling Stones, Kinks, the Pirates). KC is powered by the rhythm section of Marc Gray on drums and Dave Roof on upright bass, which lends itself to a very authentic sound. Two lead singers share frontman duties. Lance Halsey's natural baritone handles the Cash tunes and other rockabilly gems while Dan Mulholland's soulful interpretations combined with an energetic stage presence make him a natural purveyor of the true spirit of rock n' roll. Heath Matzkow's mastery of the Telecaster completes the band.
All together this swingin' combo has the ability to drop jaws and pack the dance floor.

MARK & JEANNINE -- Mark O, Posen, MI, 6/26/2010
- Kentucky Chrome was great at the private banquet I hired them for. Everyone loved the band: they sounded great and had everyone up on their feet dancing the whole night. They were very professional and getting in contact with them and setting up for the night was a breeze. I would hire the band again and would also highly recommend this band to anyone. Have fun! -- Rachel S, Perrysburg, OH, 11/20/2009
