EdwardInNY specializes in re-mastering instrumental covers of popular songs from the early 50s and forward. From Frank Sinatra to The Beatles to Celine Dion to Aerosmith to Bon Jovi to Eric Clapton and anything and everything in between, Edward's guitar will take you on a journey of the new and almost forgotten hits so close to heart. International music is on the menu as well especially since Edward was born and raised in Russia so European / Russian / Jewish music blends in on request together with Spanish and known instrumental themes.
Edward was never into endless classical drills, which are beautiful but usually unknown to an audience that cannot relate to and therefore fully appreciate it.
That's what makes Edward a desired musician in a social gathering type of environment. Whether it's a corporate dinner, gathering in a restaurant or a wedding reception you will enjoy hearing a variety of familiar tunes, sing along or request a song.
He has been playing in a variety of venues from private gatherings to restaurants, bars and caffeterias.
He sometimes utilizes a guitar loop station - a device that let's you combined multiple guitar riffs on a fly that makes your guitar sound like a band.
On top of that, Edward is a working DJ who owns and installs a variety of sounds systems for himself and other musicians so any sound of any quality is never a problem.

• Edward is AMAZING. He played at my boyfriend's 30th birthday this past wkend and our guests are still raving! People sang and danced and recalled songs they know and love. He is a true artist who plays because he loves it and enjoys when others love it too. He was very accomodating about song requests - even fulfilling a very late one (3 days), which was a song he had never even heard. He understood that it would make the night extra special and went above and beyond to make it happen. Aside from his talent, Edward is very easy to communicate with and has a great sense of humor!
