Description
The Oom-pahsters Polka and Variety Band livens up any event with their fun loving spirit, great music and vocals, costumes, and clean comedy. We are a 4 or 5-piece lively, entertaining Polka and Variety Band with instrumentation of Piano/Keyboard Bass, Banjo, Clarinet, Drums, and great vocals. Folks enjoy dancing to our repertoire of tunes and we interact with the audience by getting them singing and dancing to the Polkas, Waltzes, Standards and Requests...like the "Chicken Dance." We are able to stroll or perform as a stage performance. We wear German attire and spontaneous smiles.
The Oom-Pahsters have played for many events in Nashville, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and New Orleans as well as performing on TV and clubs such as the Troubadour, and the Mississippi Riverboat.

Feedback
- The Oompahsters were great! People were telling me afterwards that they should've played the entire event and not just for the last half! Thanks guys! We'll do it again! -- Lee P, Lexington, SC, 10/22/2011
- The permformers were all very nice and easy to work with. They understood the weather changes and accommodated. Even our toughest critic enjoyed the evening. -- Joanne B, Palos Park, IL, 9/18/2010
- From start to finish, planning to performance, Oom-pah-sters followed through superbly making our first Oktoberfest a great success! They were even more wonderful than we expected. The music and interaction with our residents under a big tent made the event sparkle. The Oom-pah-sters are the best. Sharie Trees was so easy to work with in pre-planning and so gracious when it came to getting a date which would suit all the "requirements" of our staff. The experience was so happy and joyful... I think everyone thought they were at an authentic Oktoberfest, and they were, thanks to the great music by the band. -- Debby H, Signal Mountain, TN, 10/9/2009
- We were pleased with the band during our Rocktoberfest celebration at Rock City and will consider them for future events. We were not pleased with the process of using GigMasters... as it does not easily accommodate multiple booking dates and took quite a bit of initial communication to work out the details of the booking. -- Kim J, Lookout Mtn, GA, 10/8/2011
- The members of the band were very friendly, but most important for our event.....they were also very funny. Their personalities was a great fit for our Oktoberfest. -- Rick H, Indianapolis, IN, 10/3/2009
