Description
Doug Bickel is an experienced and reliable professional musician with experiences in all areas. As a solo pianist he is proficient in all genres of music including jazz, pop, sacred (Gospel and Christian Contemporary), Broadway and classical. He knows and works with most of the top-call singers and musicians in the area and is very experienced as a bandleader, so if you desire a larger ensemble he can get you what you need.
Doug is the musical director at Crossbridge (Presbyterian) church in Miami, and is very experienced with ceremonial music (weddings, bar mitzvahs, Christmas music, etc.). He is also the musical director for Ocean Reef and for the Friends of the Key Largo Cultural Center, and has played many of the top Broadway shows as well as conducting and vocal coaching. He was a full-time college professor for ten years and is a patient and caring teacher.
