It was horrible. They were 40 minutes late. The AC did work and we had to open a window just to get some air moving. One of my guests got sick and 2 chose to pay for a taxi ride home rather than get back on the bus. I complained about the service and was told "the air SHOULD have worked. Fred told me he would send me $100 of my $800 back. That was just 1 more promise not delivered.

Perfect choice... Easy to communicate with driver for our needs, very professional, party bus was awsome...

the bus was late to pick us up, we were late to our dinner. we got a shuttle bus hat barely had air conditioning. it was 25 minutes late picking us up from the destination to find that we finally got the bus we paid for. and to top it all off the bus driver didn't know the amount I was supposed to pay him
