King Comfy Rock Band from Alexandria, VA

Complete with a pressure-tight rhythm section, bawdy horns, and skanky guitar, King Comfy isn't your everyday cover band. We're a group of talented, professional musicians that play skanky Ska, funky Funk, swingin Swing, rockin Rock, punky Punk, jammin Reggae and much more. We don't just play music, we put on a show. We don't just do covers, we own them. We cover hits from bands such as The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Reel Big Fish, Fishbone, Smash Mouth, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Cherry Poppin Daddies, Brian Setzer, Tower of Power, Sly and the Family Stone, etc. as well as putting our own twist on current hits and classic rockers. We have recently added a female vocalist to expand our repertoire, and even though she's not on our video, we have audio clips you can check out. In addition to our regular show, we are also capable of doing other shows such as an Arena Rock tribute, a 3 piece Alternative/Classic rock show, and a classic Punk tribute if you want to rock out. We can also do a blast of an acoustic show or a Jazz combo for quieter settings. We are more than happy to work with you from planning to performance to make your event a smashing success. Our song list is large and varied enough to work for many different crowds and events, and we're very open to tailoring our playlist for your event. We can also provide high quality, professional sound and lights for the event, and more than happy to help with any technical aspects. We have experience doing weddings, corporate events, private parties, night clubs, and more, and we're more than happy to put that experience to good use.
