The Gandhi's did a fabulous job performing at our wedding reception. The mix of music was perfect; they started out with softer jazz for the cocktail hour and dinner, and then when it was time for dancing they got everyone out on the floor. Many of the guests commented on how much the band seemed to enjoy playing together, too; they really love what they do and it shows! They are a highly talented group who are definitely a cut above the average "wedding band"!

The band was flat-out amazing! An incredible range -- from standards to rock to soul to an unbelievable rendition of I Will Survive at the end of the evening (an unexpected exclamation point for our same-sex wedding). They even honored a request for Sweet Home Alabama. Rudy is a great vocalist and performer. Every song was special. Our guests were blown away. My husband and I are in our 50's, but the band managed to please us and our very discerning 20-something nieces and nephews, no easy feat.
I also have to say -- the difference between a band and a DJ is the difference between an average wedding and an extraordinary event. Very much worth the investment.

The Gandhi's performed at our wedding on 08/09/14. They were fantastic to work with and amazing performers! Rudy was very responsive and helpful as we tried to figure out what would work for us, and made sure everything ran smoothly day of. The band was extremely talented and played a diverse set that entertained people of all generations. I had people frequently coming up to me during the night and afterwards complementing their performance. I would absolutely recommend the Ghandi's for your event!

One month to the day and we are still reminiscing about how much fun we had at our wedding, thanks in part to Gandhis. We received numerous compliments about the music both during and after our wedding. We certainly recommend this group for anyone who is looking for unique, talented and sophisticated musicians who are a cut way above your average band. They brought great energy to the event and their music spoke to all ages. We only wish we could have them play for us again!

Rudy and the guys were great--they managed to get people dancing who usually sit these things out, including us! The variety in styles was perfect for our 18-95 year old guests. The band even accompanied me so I could surprise everyone by singing a song to my new husband. Great band, and worth every cent because they played a large part in making the experience enjoyable for all.

I can distinctly remember going through the list of bands on Gigmasters trying to find that perfect sound for our wedding. Both my husband and I are big into music and were struggling to find exactly what we were looking for. We luckily stumbled upon Rudy and the band. From our initial contact to the reception, they were incredibly kind and helpful, from playing our special requests to also taking into account which songs we would like to hear at our wedding, At the actual reception, they were awesome and their energy was contagious. So many of our guests danced the night away and came up to us afterwards and told us that they loved the band. I highly recommend them!
