(listen to the SONGS & watch the VIDEOS on his page!).**Wrenn just WON the Images of the King Regional Elvis Tribute Artist contest 11/04/07!!** Wrenn also had the honor of performing ELVIS WITH THE RICHMOND SYMPHONY 10/27/07!!** Here's the conductor's feedback on that performance: "I had a blast! Wrenn was fabulous. His energy and attention to historical detail truly contributed to the Symphony's program. The audience was crazy about him, and every time he came on stage, the faces of the orchestra musicians lit up. He was a consummate professional, and joy to work with. How fun to recreate (in a symphonic way) a historic Elvis performance! We're glad Wrenn was part of our 50 Years of Pops celebration." Wrenn performs raw, real, early Elvis with a 'lotta heart, ENERGY & cool drapes to spare. (Wrenn also performs quite a few 60's & 70's Elvis songs.) He currently performs a solo salute to the original rockabilly pioneer...Elvis. Channeling the traditional spirit of rock and roll with an uncanny authenticity. With only a microphone, guitar, and amp, Mangum takes you back to the way it was when life still seemed innocent and the cars were cool. He has been in some popular original bands in Richmond for over ten years and sings lots of different styles. But his first love has always been Elvis. He is a full-time musician and lives to entertain people. He also plays his telecaster in a very unique way... without a pick, -- and with a lot of passion. He has his own gear & PA and equipment that is compact and easy to load in and set up. **Wrenn also does a mixed 50s/Rockabilly show including artists like Elvis (of course), Johnny Cash, Buddy Holly, Gene Vincent, Robert Gordon, songs like "Sea Cruise", "The Twist", "In the Still of the Night", etc.**

Wrenn is so talented I thought for a moment he was lip synching to Elvis. He is energetic and adorable and captures those "early Elvis" qualities; sweetness, tenderness, honesty.
My mom and I had the good fortune to see Elvis in concert three times. We consider ourselves (somewhat) Elvis experts. Wrenn blew us away. The surprise entrance and serenade of "Love Me" was a moment we will never forget. Thank you Wrenn and Natalie. You were so easy to work with and so AMAZINGLY talented. I want to have Wrenn sing next at my birthday!

Wrenn, you put on such a great show...so energetic, entertaining, and fun! Everyone at the party was singing and clapping along, and loved your performance! You chose a great selection of songs and your dance moves really brought the King to life in our living room. Thank you for helping to make my husband's 30th birthday so special. Your performance is something that he'll remember forever!

For all the people out looking for a performer, Wrenn Mangum is your guy. He was the most incredible performer I had ever seen. He was very kind and generous, I can't expressed what he did for my mom. My sisters had thrown a surprise birthday party for her, she was turning 66 and she's an "ELVIS" fan and being a fan myself I knew what I was looking for and if you know anything about elvis there's a certain sound your looking for and believe me he had it! A great, great sound of the early Elvis 50's and 60's era, so if your looking for an "ELVIS" impersonator for that special someone he's the one to call, and Natalie his manager, she was awsome too, we spoke for the first time and I felt we had known each other forever, couldn't have done it without her help. Thanks again Natalie! As far as calling Wrenn back for another event, I would do it in a minute, I'm going out to see him next month for a show he's doing here in virginia, can't wait! We loved it! What a great performance. Wrenn Mangum was a highlight at a surprise 70th birthday party & was everything we could have hoped for. He was totally accommodating, soooooo polite, and an excellent singer & musician. Everyone was impressed with him & enjoyed the show. Afterwards, people were thanking *me*....thanking me for hiring him! Everyone wanted to know where I found this guy. I would recommend him to any & all who are looking for a fun, energetic, & truly dynamic performer!!! A++++++ :) :) :)
