Feedback
- The Bill Foley Band is amazing! I will admit that I was concerened about having a a live band play at our wedding reception. We were having a sit down dinner and I was nervous that it would be so loud that people wouldn't be able to enjoy dinner and chat with each other. After sharing my concerns with Bill he assured me it would be fine and he was right. The music was perfect through dinner and then we danced the night away. They are very accomodating and great to work with. We received many compliments from our guests and some inquired as to where to find them. I would definately recommend the Bill Foley Band to anyone! -- Brett B, Summersville, WV, 12/27/2008
- My wife and I were married on November 22 in what I like to call The Middle of Nowhere, Kentucky near Natural Bridge State Park. Bill Foley and his trio played our reception, and they were fantastic. The music was great, and Bill and his wife handled all of our requests, large and small, with ease. I highly recommend Bill Foley! -- Taylor S, Slade, KY, 11/22/2008
- We were very pleased with Bill's performance. His music was a wonderful addition to our holiday/anniversary celebration. We'd be happy to invite him back should the opportunity present itself. -- Wendy P, Middletown, OH, 12/5/2008
- Bill and his band were exceptional! They totally came through for my wedding day. They knew exactly what to play at the right times to keep everybody happy and entertained. They kept myself and the guest dancing all evening. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I absolutely would recommend him to others and would use him again myself. As a matter of fact, I'm trying to figure out what kind of party we can have next so I can get him back to NC! The people in charge of my wedding commented on him as well. How nice, and professional he was. He came out early to check out the place to make sure everything was in order. On a scale of 1-10, Bill was an 11! Great Job! -- Amanda O, Lucama, NC, 10/18/2008
- Thanks, Bill for making my husband's birthday party a great success!
Your voice and music is wonderful. The nicest part about the evening was that we could talk to our friends and family without shouting over the music.

- Bill Foley was awesome! I threw a Farewell party for my husbands deployment. We had a wide age span in the attendance but Bill preformed songs that everyone knew. He was on time and even began a little earlier than asked so that was a treat! When not singing he played songs and also took requests. I would highly recommend Mr. Foley. -- Sarah S, Columbus, OH, 12/22/2007

- Mr. Foley exceeded all of my expectations. I would reccomend him to anyone wanting excellent entertainment. My guests all had a lot of compliments regarding Mr. Foley. I will definitely hire him in the future. Perfect! -- Trudy G, Columbus, OH, 10/15/2007
- Bill performed solo at our small outdoors wedding at my parents' house in October. Having the right music was very important to us...we were not planning a typical large wedding, so the music had to set the right mood. Before the big day Bill assured me of his experience with weddings, and I trusted that everything would go smoothly. My husband and I planned the wedding ourselves, so we truly appreciated the peace of mind Bill brought us. The music he chose during the reception was perfect for our guests, and many of them remarked how talented he is! My only complaint is that it was over so quickly! I would certainly recommend Bill for any special occasion! -- Donna E, Edgewood, KY, 10/14/2007
- The band performed in the art museum, not well known for its acoustics. Despite this, they sounded amazing. The last four weddings I have been to this year have had minimal dancing by the guests. This was not the case with the Bill Foley Band. Young and Old, everybody seemed to get up to get down. Also, the cd of our songs for the intro, mother/son, father/daughter dances wouldn;t read, and believe it or not, Bill knew the songs. All was saved. Having worked amongst musicians my whole life, this is the best band in the region for a top notch, sophisticated wedding or event. I am very grateful. -- Julie B, Cincinnati, OH, 10/13/2007
- As always, Bill delivers a top notch performance! His extra care with timing always makes all the difference and leads to a successfull event.
His musical contribution really added to Opening Day of Racing at Beulah Park Thoroughbred Racetrack. Thanks Bill (and crew :) )!!! -- Jessica H, Grove City, OH, 10/6/2007
- Bill Foley and his band far exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were quite high to begin with, based on all of the other positive reviews. With only a few exceptions, we let the band decide on what music to play and we couldn't have been happier with that decision. Both the young and old at our wedding enjoyed listening to and dancing with the music. -- David B, Cincinnati, OH, 9/2/2007
- Bill and the trio did a great job. Everyone throughly enjoyed the performance -- Kathleen S, Marysville, OH, 8/25/2007
- Bill was so helpful in every step of the wedding planning process. He was available to talk whenever I had any questions or new ideas. On the actual wedding day, he was very professional and made sure the entire evening flowed smoothly. In fact, when my husband and I arrived at the reception, we were greeted by the wedding coordinator who excitedly exclaimed "Do you know who you booked!?!?" and proceeded to quote Bill Foley's popularity on gigmasters and former shows he has played. Everyone liked the music, it was a good mix of songs for all generations. Bill handled my sensitive family situations with ease so that no one was uncomfortable.
-- Sarah G, Pittsburgh, PA, 8/19/2007
- Bill really did a wonderful job!!!!!! -- Scott M, Lancaster, OH, 8/11/2007
- We could not have selected a more perfect band for our wedding reception. So many of our guests kept asking us about the band and wondered where we found them. Beyond their talent, they were extremely accommodating and gave us wonderful suggestions on music and timing of those special wedding reception monents. We were able to truly enjoy our reception and our time with our family and friends and just let them m.c. the evening. It was so nice to not have to worry or keep watch of time for toasts, first dances etc. They made it possible for us to just enjoy our day and they handled everything!
Thank you Bill Foley Band!!!! I would recommend you all in a heartbeat! -- Jennifer K, Athens, OH, 7/21/2007
- Over 400 people gathered to hear Bill Foley and everyone walked away saying bring him back again! And we will!! -- Dave H, Delphos, OH, 7/8/2007
- We had Bill Foley's 3 piece band play at our outdoor casual pool party wedding reception and they were wonderful! They were more than accommodating to us on the wedding day and throughout the planning process. In addition, they are extremely professional.
The songs they sang/played were great, so many people mentioned that it was hard to tell the difference from the original artists. If our guests weren't up dancing they were were singing along and tapping their feet.
I'm not very eloquent with my words, but this band added "the icing on the cake" making our wedding day absolutely fantastic! -- Joyce S, Beaver Falls, PA, 7/4/2007
- Bill was hired for my mom/dad's 50th Wedding Anniversary Party @ the Hilton with about 150 guests, and he was just the right match for our party. He was very receptive to the crowd and played music accordingly. His professionalism was exemplary! Bill set-up early and was ready for the guests as they proceeded into the ballroom area. Great guitarist, with a great voice and tremendous work ethic to go along with it. Thouroughly satisfied!~ from: Amy in Ohio
Thanks a lot to Gigmasters too!! -- Amy D, Twinsburg, OH, 7/1/2007
- Bill was very personable and professional. The event was for a suprise birthday party here at our office and the recipiant was very pleased and impressed with Bill's talent and experience. He made it fun and put the spotlight on our Birthday CEO and even incoporated our business in one of his songs as well as our CEO. I would recommend Bill to anyone and if the need comes up, I would use him again!
Thank you GigMasters for hooking us up with Bill Foley!!!
Warmly,
Sandy -- Sandy V, Columbus, OH, 5/29/2007
- The Bill Foley Band played at our wedding, and we could not have been more pleased with their performance. As an emcee, Bill provided clear structure for the evening in a very pleasant, unobtrusive way. The band's greatest strength was their ability to match the song choices and performance style to our audience; they seemed to have an intuitive sense of the personality of our guests and the event as a whole. -- Sarah W, Westfield Center, OH, 5/27/2007
- Bill Foley & his band did a wonderful job performing at our wedding...their performance was very crowd pleasing, our guests were raving about how good the music was, we highly recommend him to anyone looking for great live music!!! -- Carrie F, Columbus, OH, 5/26/2007
- Bill arrived early to set up and was professional dealing with us and our guests. He is truly talented with his voice, guitar playing, and overall ability to interact with a crowd. He made our party the "event" of the year in our circle of friends. I would rate him a 5+ if I could. -- Bill D, Loveland, OH, 5/19/2007
- Bill was outstanding, extremely accommondating and the music was perfect. He was a big hit with the guests since he has a great reputation in the area.
Bill was very prompt replying to our initial request and following up each time as we continued to do final coordination. I wouldn't look anywhere else in the future, I would go right back to Bill for all my future events.
A big thanks to both Gigmasters and Bill. -- John M, Parkersburg, WV, 3/3/2007

- If you were to close your eyes during the performance, you could easily believe it was John Denver, Jim Croce, James Taylor or any one of the original performers themselves. As a bonus his warm and uplifting personality won over the crowd before he even sang his first song. We will not be surprised to see this mans name in Marque lights someday soon. We hope to have the pleasure to sponsor Bill Foley again soon. Jim and Sandy Young, Seneca Rocks Natural Living Retreat... -- Sandra Y, Seneca Rocks, WV, 9/2/2006
