The multi-talented EP has been a successful entrepreneur in business over 30+ years. After building his first business into a multi-million dollar corporation, he expanded his entrepreneurship to become a financial advisor, private investor, mortgage broker, property manager, building contractor, motivational speaker, and award-winning author. He also holds multiple coaching certificates, including being a Certified Life Coach. EP's Story EP has always been a hunter and survivor. He has never relied on anyone making opportunities for him, forcing him to go out and earn everything he’s attained. EP started with nothing, and then willed his way into building a multi-million dollar business. But, it hasn't always gone according to plan for EP. EP has been through some challenging times in his life. And as you will see, after gaining much success, EP hit some significant hurdles he had to overcome. EP opened his construction business at the age of 18 years old and was known as the fastest Trowel Mason in Florida. At the age of 21, he became a residential contractor. He built hundreds of homes for families and developed a thriving model home center. During this process, he developed skills to become an architect; he designed his floor plans, expedited the building process, and saved customers thousands of dollars in the process. By providing all of these services, he was able to provide families with their dream homes. After becoming so successful in his business, others came against him and crushed his multi-million dollar empire, and by doing that, it seemed like he had lost all that he had worked for. EP always stayed motivated and ready, because he knew he would find his way back to the top and believe in himself. This time in EP's life was very rough. He first had a long draining divorce, and then a custody battle for his children. He eventually filed for bankruptcy after false business allegations made by people who wanted to see him fail. And the reputation and success he had built up all came crashing down. Things became so rough for EP, that he even was ashamed of his own name. And while all that was going on, his father, friend, and role model was told that he only had 20 days to live. EP had hit a wall. EP could no longer do what he enjoyed doing for so long and personal issues continued to pile up and weigh heavy on him. He was forced to sit and think about ways he could work on getting back, everything he had lost. During a doctor’s visit when his father became very sick, the only thing that allowed his father to get into the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville was his father's insurance card. EP took note of this, and he realized the importance of insurance. This realization was so profound for EP that it sparked him to learn and understand more about becoming an insurance provider and how it could be used in a more powerful way. EP then set off to become an insurance advisor. EP did this to help people like his father realize the importance of insurance and get them the help they needed. Within two years in the business, he became the #2 insurance advisor in the nation with a significant insurance company. Once he generated enough income from the residuals he was receiving from his new business, he ventured back into the gift that brought him the most success. EP started back up his empire by building affordable homes and then selling the houses to his tenants and insurance customers. This steady grind allowed EP to return to the top and continue where he had left off. Now EP has rebuilt his empire, where he designs his homes, builds the homes, sells the homes, finances his homes, and even provides insurance for the homes. The number one goal for EP is to help motivate people, encourage them, and let them know that they can accomplish their goals, dreams, and desires no matter what happens in their life. EP is a true example of this. EP had to go through the storm to see the sunshine again. And he now wants to share his story to help you do the same.
