In his twenties, Rondeau worked midnights in a manufacturing plant, while going to college during the day. Once he earned his degree in business he went to work for a national fundraising firm and developed his craft so well that within ten years he was responsible for raising well over $400 million for various non-profits around the country.
After tragedy struck his family in the early `90's, Richard branched out in his speaking business to do what he could to prevent a similar type of tragedy from ever happening again.
