We provide a complimentary planning service for all of our wedding clients, ensuring every step of our planning and production process is designed to complement your ideas and make your special day a stress free and memorable experience.

Each wedding is unique, from the technical requirements for sound and light, to song selection, guest participation, and of course special requirements for the Bride and Groom.

To best understand your ideas, venue requirements, and to offer the best options for your wedding, we provide a non-obligatory, face to face meeting. Once we've answered all of your questions, we will email a tentative itinerary of the wedding day, based on details from our meeting. This provides you with time to consider options in a stress free environment.

We begin the planning process by directly contacting all other vendors involved with the wedding, to discuss a master itinerary. We will contact the performance venue to plan a walk through with our technical and planning staff, and follow up with you to make sure our plan is hand in hand with your vision.

The day of your wedding, we'll be on site early, and coordinate with other vendors to make sure everything is as planned and on schedule. Throughout the event, we'll keep things on track, while keeping you updated and following your pace.
