My name is Larry Frick / "Scary" Larry and I am a Los Angeles based strolling magician and
I am a Professional Magician Member of the Magic Castle (Academy of Magical Arts).

My specialty is walk-around and close up magic "mingle-magic", and street-magic for adult events. Strolling magic works best in small groups whether your guests are seated at tables or mingling, and I am adaptable to most occasions and venues. I am also available to perform a short parlor style show for relatively small audiences. We can always discuss this once you have contacted me.
While my magic is appropriate for all ages, and I only incorporate clean humor, it is really geared towards an adult audience where it is best appreciated so please be aware of this when booking.

My strolling magic is very versatile, and requires no set-up or extra concerns on your part, no sound or lighting system, or other preparations beforehand. This means you are free to focus on other details. Hiring me helps you keep things simple!

I also pay the 5% booking fee to GigMasters on your behalf....not all magicians do, so please be aware of this if you are still trying to decide.

Tricks with cards, coins, money, and borrowed rings highlight a performance that is filled with audience participation, laughter and sheer astonishment! Cards appear in impossible locations, objects transform in your very hands, & you won't believe your eyes!
Add to that, a bit of mental magic as I perform the impossible... revealing words merely thought of with a cavalcade of impossible predictions proving true.
