Would have liked final confirmation initiated from Gigmasters or the person hired several days prior to the event, and not from my request. I had gotten a confirmation a week prior from Gigmasters but when doing business on the internet there is a degree of uncertainty whether the person will show up. The caricaturist we got was just great and very professional and we would definitely use him again. I never spoke to him until the day of the event which made me uneasy. He did a great job.
