DESCRIPTION:
The Uptown Band featuring Erich Cawalla and Jenifer Kinder is a must-see show and dance band that features some of the Northeast's most-accomplished and seasoned entertainers. We are one of a short list of bands that is able to play all types of music for any occasion including weddings, fairs, conventions, and all other public and private events. Some of our more notable accomplishments include performing at the PA Vision of Hope Gala attended by former Homeland Security Chief Tom Ridge, working opposite Comedy Central's Jeff Dunham at a sold-out Luhrs Performing Arts Center, and being one of three acts chosen to play at the Pennsylvania State Capitol Building's Centennial Celebration. Individuals in the band have played with numerous celebrities including Kenny Chesney, Joe Nichols, Marie Osmond, Toby Keith, The Skyliners, and Martha and the Vandella's to name a few. The group features an exciting rhythm section, horn section, and both male and female lead vocalists. Each show includes significant audience interaction, and because of the diversity of our huge songlist, there is something for everybody to enjoy. Each performance can be tailored to the specific needs of each client such as varying our size to make it work with any budget and making sure that you are getting exactly what you pay for. We pride ourselves on 100% client satifaction, and that is why the band allows each client to pick what songs they want played off of its extensive songlist before we arrive to the venue. CLIENT FEEDBACK:
For our annual event we have in the past used another agency and in 18 years of this event, Erichs group has been the best. We had 70 people in attenance, all ages, and everyone was dancing havng a great time for every dance. I am a country club manager, and book bands to round out a 50,000 dollar entertanment budget, (at my regular job ) so I can compare with a certain expertise and I recomend this band enthusiastically. Erich and his band were fantastic, in fact we might be hiring them for our Christmas party. Although Erich is younger, he was able to play all the music that fit our party,which was the 50's. They had a great sound and the residents and their families loved them. In fact they are still talking about them today(week later). Erich and his band are perfect for any occasion you might have.
