From a solo pianist to jazz trio to full party band with vocalists, The Sounds of Essence offers a variety of band configurations which are sure to satisfy any and all of your entertainment needs. We are recognized for our musical versatility performing R&B, Straight Ahead and Contemporary Jazz, Old School Jams, Motown, Blues and Swing.

If light jazz/background music is your pleasure, we suggest our jazz trio, featuring keyboards, bass guitar, and drums. Building on this foundation we'll continue to customize the band with our 4pc. quartet or 5pc. ensemble. For those desiring an unforgettable evening affording a taste of the entire repertoire, the full Sounds of Essence 9 pc. band consisting of keyboards, bass guitar, drums, saxophone, lead guitar, and four vocalists is guaranteed to fit the bill and will have you dancing the night away!
