This 5 piece band has a 4 part harmony sound like The Eagles or an upbeat country dance style like Toby Keith. They play a variety of Country, Rock, and Southern Rock cover tunes as well as some of the Michael Paul originals that were released on his CD "It's Cowboy Time". These Cowboys don't just play music, they put on a show!! This flows over to the guests watching the band and they can't help but to get up and dance, laugh, and have a good time.

The Michael Paul Band also has a large following in Northern California, along with a fan club, and large myspace fan base.

• They were awesome for our New Years Eve party. What great group of guys, great talent, personalities and Mike was dancing with the audience. Many folks attended from the South, North and East Bay and between the food and the music felt this the best NY's eve party they had been to. • The Michael Paul Band is absolutely wonderful! Not only are they excellent musicians and vocalists, but man do they know how to perform a great show! If you like performers that JUST sing on stage and do NOT interact with the crowd, then DO NOT book this band, because they are the BEST performers we have ever had.
