Description

The Barry Sea Paradox specializes in Smooth Jazz, Classic Soul and Old Time Rock & Roll. However, each member of the group is extremely well schooled and capable of playing virtually any type of music. The basic group consists of tenor sax, keyboard, guitar, bass and drums and all members sing well. Additional vocalists, horns and/or specialists (celebrity impersonators)can be added per event themes and specifications.

The groups leaders, Barry and Barbara (Bobbie) Sea met in New York City in the 1970's while pursuing successful musical careers. They left show business and moved to Houston, TX to raise a family and run an ad agency. Now that their daughters have married, they've gone back to their first love with a passion rarely seen. They've surrounded themselves with the finest musicians and have a smooth jazz CD out that is getting significant airplay.
