Gangster Whitewalls
…When you’re TIRE’d of those other cover bands…Like the song from which we derived our name, “Be thankful for What You Got”, you’ll be thankful you booked this band of Funk, Soul, Motown and Blues. The Whitewalls are fronted by powerful male and female lead vocalists who sing over funky drum rhythms and conga beats, melodic bass riffs, the chica-chica of the rhythm guitar, strong, crisp guitar leads, comping keyboard ivories and the Memphis sounds of the HornDogs’ trumpet and sax. There’ll be “No Parkin’ on the Dance Floor” when Gangster Whitewalls is in the house. You’ll “Dance to the Music” while the HornDogs shout, “All you squares fall out!” The Whitewalls sure do put the FUN in FUNK. After decades of varied musical performance styles, the members of Gangster Whitewalls are convinced that the music it presents is what your bar, club, party or festival audience wants to hear.
