These seasoned veterans have come together to form a group that is dynamic, energetic, musically adventurous and just plain fun. Each member brings more than 20 years of performing experience in all styles of music, allowing the group to play a very diverse song list with something for everyone.
Recognized for their incredible vocal harmonies, Poetic License members have a long history of playing weddings, anniversaries, private parties of all sizes, clubs, concerts, tours and festival events, as well as . This talented quartet is comfortable on any size stage and focused on bringing your guests great classic rock to today's alternative hits and the greatest hits from the past six decades that you love to dance and listen to. You know. . . the songs you just love to hear!

Poetic License ROCKED our wedding reception! They were super tight and energetic, and had our guests on the dance floor the whole time. As a musician myself, I have to say they really impressed me with their tightness, energy, excellent musicianship, powerful lead vocals, and spot on three-part vocal harmonies. There are very few other bands out there of comparable quality and price.
Poetic License was also extremely professional in all of our dealings with them, and they even learned three new songs just for us! If you are looking for a high quality yet affordable band for your wedding reception (or any other event), look no further than Poetic License.

Poetic License did great! They clearly discussed what was needed to make the night a sucess. They played fun musice that all our guests loved. Their guitarist rocked! All the band members were friendly, courteous and professional! I can't wait to use them again for another event! Great job PL...u guys rocked! Thank you for making our 10 year anniversary and holiday party such a blast!
