Conjunto Impacto consists of 15 musicians of high quality background, the musical director, a piano, bass, Cuban tres, two trombones, three trumpets, a bongo drum and a conga drum three singers also a guiro player and maracas. "CONJUNTO IMPACTO MINI BIO" Conjunto Impacto was formed in 1975 in Miami, Florida playing traditional Cuban Music/Salsa and was one of the fans favorites at the time. One of their most popular recordings was the album which included "Los Limones" mainly known as "Ponmelo Hay Que lo Voy a Partir" and "Que Bueno esta este Pais" and was under the musical direction of bassist Mario Perez. "Conjunto Impacto" was also the preferred backup band of the most popular Salsa singers which came to perform in Miami at that time. In February 2011 "Conjunto Impacto" reunited after 26 years. This date marked the beginning of a new era in its musical history. Under the same direction of Mario Perez and now performing several of its original musicians and the very talented vocalists Juan Carlos Hernandez , Jenny Love and Michel Alfonso. Conjunto Impacto released their latest album "El Regreso" on January 2013 The spicy, exciting and traditional music of the "Conjunto Impacto" is enjoyed equally by the listeners and dancers of Salsa and Cuban Music who enjoy the flavor of the Caribbean Rhythms which are very popular worldwide.
