Genie Torres is a Professional Karaoke Specialist with over 17 years experience hosting karaoke (a lifetime of singing and dancing) at private parties, schools, bars, restaurants, you name she has probably done it, from a karaoke night at a small neighborhood bar, to large Corporate (including Fortune 500 companies) functions with over a thousand guests, and she also did parties on a yacht for 3 years, Boats are no problem!!! She knows how to read your guests, knows the songs they want to sing even if they don't know (sometimes reading the lists can be quite daunting), no matter what the age range, she knows all styles of music and songs and can perform them too, this helps when no else is singing to have someone pleasant to listen to. She uses that knowledge to your advantage to help you and your guests have fun whether they are singing or not, a good time will be had by all!

Before Genie started her own karaoke company, she was the company trainer and a recruiter for one of the largest Karaoke companies in NJ, she was scouted herself by the president of the company while out singing at a karaoke night. Within a year she was company trainer and the most requested Host in the company.

Available for more weekly shows in the Central Jersey Area (all of Monmouth, Ocean and Eastern Mercer Couty), will travel for parties.

She conveys enthusiasm, self-confidence, and ease which helps make karaokes newbies comfortable; she is also a very good reader of the audience.
