DESCRIPTION:
The Jae Sinnett Trio is one of the most exciting and popular jazz groups to come out of Virginia. The trio consist of piano, bass and drums. Weather its appearing on the high profile marquee with The Dave Brubeck Quartet at the Ferguson Center or playing the intimate club environment or private "standards" function...the trio can do it all. Their repertoire is vast...from over 100 originals to over 600 standards. They've played many of the major jazz festivals such as the Oklahoma Jazz in June Festival...the Texas Jazz Festival...The Ella Fitzgerald Jazz Festival and many more performing their music. They also play private functions for corporations or sophisticated parties and weddings...performing popular jazz and popular American song standards such as by Gershwin, Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, and many more.
