Description
We play jazz...not jazz and rock, or jazz and R&B, or country or anything else. Just mainstream jazz: popular standards and Brazilian and Latin tunes, as well as jazz classics from Duke Ellington to Chick Corea and Pat Metheny. We specialize in wedding receptions, corporate events and dining -- any time classy, professional, skillful and very entertaining music is desired. We perform as a piano/bass/drums trio or as a quartet with added sax; or piano/bass duo for more intimate events. With a wide repertoire, we can match our sound to the ambience of your event, always satisfying and never overpowering. We have decades of experience between us and we've worked as a unit for several years. Your guests WILL be impressed.
Note: We also provide specialized jazz for theme events including '40s/swing and Dixieland.

Feedback
- This was a large Rotary banquet with 150 people in attendance. Due to an unforeseen scheduling problem with the venue, we had to change the location a few weeks before the event. Ron and his band were outstanding to work with, and the music was great. As the host, I had a million things going on at once, so it was really nice that I did not have to worry at all about the band. Ron and his group just did their thing, always at the right tempo and volume. Everyone loved them. I would highly recommend Ron Delp. -- Scott M, New Port Richey, FL, 6/28/2008
- The Ron Delp Trio is absolutely phenomenal - Anyone should jump at an opportunity to utilize their services. My wedding was entirely classy and we wanted music to accompany a sophisticated style. There couldn't have been a better choice available - I am ecstatic to refer the Ron Delp Trio to anyone remotely interested in this type genre. I think they have been playing at Dela's After Dark on Thursday's in Brandon, FL and I have some photos at www.jaredmonaco.com (scroll to picture pages and choose the wedding album - it is a video and shows parts of the reception where you can at least see and hear a bit from the Delp Trio).
