Lori Spencer is a jazz and finger style guitarist based out of Charlotte, North Carolina . She has performed as a solo instrumental guitarist throughout the United States and is a full time musician. Lori plays all styles of music including pop, blues, latin, adult contemporary, classical and specializes in solo jazz guitar. Vocal jazz/blues/R&B standards are offered as a Duo,Trio,Quartet, or Quintet under the band name Sultry. Sultry is in very high demand for it's unique upbeat versions of jazz/blues/R&B standards. The instrumental band performs under the name Lori & Friends and contains some of the best and most experienced musicians in the NC/SC area. Lori's arrangements of Jazz, Blues, and R&B standards for either solo instrumental or duo through quartet vocal/instrumental bands are the perfect complement for your event, establishment, or Wedding.

• This is the second time that I have used music provided by Lori Spencer. I have used solo instrumental guitar before and was extremely pleased and felt that for this event a vocal duo was more appropriate. The Sultry vocal duo of guitar & vocals was exceptional, the vocals were amazing and the amount of music coming from one guitar was hard to believe. They interacted with the group, were very professional, were friendly, and had a great and varied selection of music. • Lori was extremely professional and performed a great mix of standards for our event. She came highly recommended by the venue as a talented guitarist that had played instrumental arrangements for multiple corporate events over the years. She handled special requests made by my clients and had a great smile and attitude. She arrived long before my guests and had a very quick and unobtrusive setup.
