DESCRIPTION:
We are Berklee College of Music alumni who are experienced professional musicians. Please check descriptions of my bands below.-Gaku Murata Octet, a professional cover band (male & female vocals, sax, piano/keyboard, bass, guitar, and drums) comprised of Berklee College of Music alumni. We play broad genre of music (Pop, R&B, Jazz, Hip-hop, Rock) and we are available for your parties, weddings, and private functions. If you would like to see us performing, you are always welcome to visit our rehearsals.
-Gaku Murata Quartet/ Organ Trio specializes in jazz standards (Duke Ellington, Jobim, George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Miles Davis, etc.) but can provide any style to fit the mood of your special occasion. -Hirsch & Murata String Duo consists of cello and guitar. It has been performing classical tunes for ceremonies, and jazz standards for cocktail hours and functions. (Violin is also available up on your request.)
