Swing Street Quartet Jazz Band from Rockville Centre, NY

Introducing the Swing Street Quartet, a talented jazz group from Long Island. This quartet brings together guitar, bass, drums, and piano to create a fresh twist on classic jazz. Drawing inspiration from jazz legends, the quartet adds their own touch to well-loved standards and original compositions. Their performances are full of improvisation and musical conversations that enchant the audience. Whether it's the swaying rhythm of a bossa nova or the infectious energy of bebop, Swing Street Quartet knows how to captivate and transport their audience to a bygone era while keeping their music relevant and fresh. Our quartet performs many American song book classics such as There will never be another you. We also love performing famous Miles Davis tunes like Milestones and So What. Our favorite pieces of music to play are our modern renditions of the famous minor blues Mr P.C and a jazz fusion version of Impressions a modal jazz tune by John Coltrane. Our musical repertoire spans throughout all genres and time periods in jazz.
