Jack & Hill Music is led by trombonist, Jason Jackson and his wife ,vocalist, Rosena M. Hill.

Jason Jackson has been a member of the Grammy Award winning Vanguard Jazz Orchestra for over 10 years and the lead trombonist with the Dizzy Gillespie All Star Big Band, since 2004. In addition, he is presently the lead trombonist in Roy Hargrove's Big Band.

During his tenure with these ensembles, he has worked with many other well known artists, including Slide Hampton, McCoy Tyner, Charles Tolliver, Jimmy Heath, Ron Carter, Ray Charles, Illinois Jacquet, Randy Newman, Charles Mingus Big Band, Maria Schneider, Lennie Kravitz, Barry Manilow, and James Brown to name a few.

Rosena M. Hill has performed as a featured vocalist in eight Broadway productions. "Come Fly Away", "The Color Purple", Monty Python's" Spamalot", "Imaginary Friends", "Oklahoma" 2002 revival, "Riverdance on Broadway", "Marie Christine", and "Ragtime".

Rosena has toured nationally and internationally as a symphony concert soloist, including performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City with The New York Pops. Also as a gospel singer with the Harlem Gospel Singers and Band. And as an opera singer with Opera Theater of Pittsburgh and Sarasota Opera.

A native of Southern California, Jason's debut album Going Home (Jacemus Records) features his original compositions and him as bandleader.

A native of Sarasota, Florida, Rosena's debut album If You Believe features some of her favorite songs from Jazz, Broadway and Gospel.
