Description
Kellee is not a traditional Irish Band; we are from the land of Laurentia, an ancient continent where the Appalachian Mountains and the British Isle were one. Our fore-fathers left Ireland for the new land, they drank Irish Whiskey until they ran out; they switiched to moonshine and took their music to the mountains. We specialize in Irish pub songs, but our roots are planted in Old Time Music and are just as comfortable in the pub or on the back porch. Bill and Liz Lowery are the foundation of Kellee; moving from Houston, Texas to Greenville, South Carolina they found themselves at home in the upstate, sharing their music with Pub patrons, first graders and church socials alike. They are joined by Kimball on the bass, Richard on Mandolin, Banjo or Fiddle and together they will entertain your guest with songs they will want to sing along with. If you’re looking for a group to entertain your guests with the songs of an Irish pub or a back porch consider KELLEE.
