Jim made my father's 70th birthday party a hit! He came prepared with all of my father's favorite Irish songs and a few of his own. He told great stories and kept the crowd upbeat and entertained the whole time. My father said it was the best birthday present ever. Jim was friendly, talented and professional. We would recommend Jim and would be hire him again the the future. You cannot go wrong with Jim Barnes. We were so pleased! Thank you Jim for a fantastic night!

Jim provided the perfect performance for our family gathering! His willingness to drive to our destination and prepare a personalized song for our birthday celebration went above and beyond.

Jim was great. If you want Irish music, book Jim. Plain and simple. Very satisified with the evening. A very funny storyteller also.

Jim played at our annual St. Patrick's Day Party at our home. Jim arrived early to set up and left after he was set up. He came back and was ready to entertain. He is a wonderful musician and a enjoyable story teller. Our guest really enjoyed Jim and I would recommend him to friends.

We hired Jim Barnes for a large (100+ people) Christmas party in our home in December 2013. Jim is a consummate professional in every respect. He showed up on time, delivered exactly what was agreed, and was a delight to work with. We had never hired a musician online before and were concerned about no-shows, etc. and Jim assuaged those concerns completely. Our guests raved about Jim's music and talent and he did a great job engaging the audience and responding to requests. Jim made things easy and is talented!
