An artist and actor by trade, Damian has spent over 15 years studying Chaplin's mannerisms and style, and has acquired perhaps the most authentic period costume and props of any Chaplin impersonator...anywhere! He has appeared in various shows and productions, and entertained at Starlight Theater, the Folly Theater, and with the KC Society of Burlesque!
Not only is Damian Blake a spot-on Chaplin, he will entertain your guests for hours with his bottomless bag of tricks and bizarre, old-timey props! Plate spinning, juggling, balancing, slight of hand tricks, hat tricks, cane tricks, smoking tricks, and musical numbers performed with an auto horn, a kazoo, and a rusty bike pump! The Tramp is also available with his highwheel Penny Farthing bicycle, which adds an old-fashioned flavor to any parade or carnival. For a truly authentic experience, pair Charlie with Constable Bassett, the Keystone Kop!
