  • How do I renew my Membership?
    We'll email you a renewal notice before your Membership is due to expire. You can renew through your Control Panel. If you renew before your current Membership expires, you will not lose those extra days.
  • Can I temporarily deactivate my Membership?
    Yes, you can temporarily deactivate your Membership through the Dashboard of your Control Panel. Please keep in mind, you will lose days during the time that your Membership is deactivated.
  • How do I cancel my Membership?

    You're entitled to a full refund of your initial Membership purchase if you cancel within 30 days of your registration date. Simply email our Customer Experience department and tell us you'd like to cancel.

  • How do I upgrade my Membership?
    You can upgrade your Membership at any time from the Dashboard of your Control Panel. Membership upgrades are not refundable.
  • How do I opt into Auto Renew?
    You can opt into Auto Renew at any time, though a credit card is required. Please follow these steps:

    1. Log into your GigMasters Control Panel.

    2. Click the 'Auto Renew' link in the 'membership information' section of your dashboard.

    3. If you haven't already, enter your credit card information.

    4. Check the Automatic Renewal option on the next page.

    5. Click the 'Click Here ONCE To Update" button located towards the bottom of the page.

  • How do I opt out of Auto Renew?
    You can opt out of Auto Renew at any time. Please follow these steps:

    1. Log into your GigMasters Control Panel.

    2. Click the 'Auto Renew' link in the 'membership information' section of your dashboard.

    3. Uncheck the Automatic Renewal option on the next page.

    4. Click the 'Click Here ONCE To Update" button located towards the bottom of the page.

  • Do Memberships come with money-back guarantees?

    Yes, all initial Membership periods include 30 day, 100% money back guarantees. You will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of your original registration date.

  • What is Auto Renew?
    Auto Renew gives you the peace of mind of knowing that you'll never miss out on a lead or booking because you accidentally let your Membership expire. When you set your Membership to automatically renew, we'll charge your credit card on file each time your Membership renewal is due. We will always give you a heads up by email before we charge your credit card and you can opt out at any time.
  • May I purchase more than one Membership?
    Yes, we offer a 50% discount on additional Memberships. An additional Membership is beneficial as it allows you to list in additional categories, alternate locations, and more! The additional Membership(s) must remain linked to the original Membership, and have the original contact person in charge of both Memberships. Members can continue to lock in the 50% discount on future renewals for the additional Membership as long as their original, full priced Membership, is active.
  • How do I create an additional Membership?
    To register for your additional Membership, just log into your GigMasters Control Panel, then click on the "Create a new account now" button. On the next page, you can begin the registration process for your additional Membership. Assuming you maintain both Memberships, you will continue to receive the 50% discount on every subsequent renewal.
  • I am an agent who represents several entertainers and vendors. How can I join GigMasters?
    GigMasters was designed for individual entertainers and vendors and most of our features reflect that intent. That said, we do have many agents who are successfully using our system. If you are an agent, you should purchase a separate Membership for each entertainer or vendor you represent. Please keep in mind that we give a 50% discount on additional Memberships, if you purchase them through the control panel of your existing Membership. Assuming you maintain both Memberships, you will continue to receive the 50% discount on every subsequent renewal.
  • What exactly do I get with my GigMasters Membership?
    When becoming a Member of GigMasters you will receive an online Profile. Your Profile is where you'll display photos, audio/video samples, a description of your services, a gig calendar, and much more! Clients and customers searching our site will then contact you through your Profile with all the details of their event.   • Does GigMasters help in setting up my Profile?
    You can modify your Profile on your own at anytime via your Control Panel. If you'd like some help, we'd be happy to help you set up your Profile at no additional charge.

    You can edit your Profile at anytime via your Control Panel to make an instant change to any item on your Profile.
  • I'm signing up, when do I add photos and audio/video samples?
    You will add photos and audio/video samples after you sign up and complete payment for your Membership.
  • Is there a money-back guarantee?

    GigMasters offers 3 different Membership levels to choose from based on several variables:

    1. The distance your willing to travel from your primary city.

    2. The number of categories you'd like to list in. The more categories you list in, the more clients will see you in search results. 3. The amount of audio/photo/video space available on your Profile.

    You can choose to sign up for 3 or 12 months at a time.

  • How do I pay for my Membership?
    You can securely pay online with a credit card, a debit card, or PayPal and become active instantly. You can choose to pay offline with a personal check, certified check, or money order but your account will not be made active until we receive payment. Our site is secure, but if you're more comfortable you can call us and we'd be happy to take your credit or debit card payment over the phone.
  • Can I pay for my Membership with installments?
    No. GigMasters requires that all Memberships are paid in full before you are made active on our site. You can choose to sign up for 3 or 12 months at a time. We frequently run promotions on new memberships - please contact our Sales Department to find out more.
  • Can I join and pay after I get my first gig?
    No. GigMasters requires that all Memberships are paid in full before you are made active on our site.
  • What types of online payments can I receive from my GigMasters clients?
    GigMasters members may receive both online deposits and balances from clients through our secure payment server. You must first opt into these features from the "Billing Information" page located in the "account" tab of your Control Panel.
