1. The bid page allows me to ask for a deposit. If I indicate that I require a deposit will the client be able to pay online?
Not automatically. You must enable your account to receive online deposits before a client will be able to pay you online. If you do not enable the online deposit feature you will need to make other arrangements with the client to collect the deposit.
^ Back to Top2. I want to be able to receive online deposits from my GigMasters clients. How do I do this?
Log into your GigMasters Control Panel and go to the 'Your Press Kit Services' section. Then choose the "Update Billing" option. On the next page, you will need to enter either your checking or savings account number. When you enter your bank account information, you should take extra time to be sure that you are entering the correct bank account information. The account number and routing number you enter will be used when GigMasters transfers funds from your GigMasters clients who pay online deposits.
NOTE: GigMasters is not responsible if you enter an incorrect or invalid bank account number and/or bank routing number.
