Leaving Feedback

1. How do I leave feedback on a performer that I have booked?

Once the date of your event has past, you can leave feedback for the performer by taking the following steps:

1. Securely log into your Control Panel by going to: https://www.gigmasters.com/login.aspx
2. In the 'Client Login' section, enter your Username and Password.
3. Once you have logged into your Control Panel, scroll down to the 'Your Events' section.
4. Click the 'Feedback' button corresponding to the performer that you have hired.
5. On the next page, you will be able to rate the performer on 5 different topics, as well as leave whatever feedback that you would like. Please be aware that your feedback will become immediately viewable by the public on the Gigmasters website. Please refrain from using any language that may be considered slanderous, libelous, defamatory or otherwise illegal.
