1. How do I add photos to my Press Kit?

Log into your Control Panel. Then scroll down to the 'Your Press Kit Services' section. Choose the "Upload/Change/Delete Press Kit Photos" option. Then on the next page, follow the instructions.

2. I have a photo on my other website that I'd like to use for my GigMasters Press Kit. How do I do that?

1) Go to the web page where the photo you want to upload is located.

2) Right click your mouse anywhere on the photo.

3) Click 'Save Picture As ...'

4) Save the photo to your computer. By default the photo will most likely be saved in your "My Pictures" folder

5) Log into your GigMasters Control Panel https://www.gigmasters.com/login.aspx

6) Scroll down to the 'Your Press Kit Services' section.

7) Click the 'Go!' button next to where it says "Upload/Change/Delete Press Kit Photos"

8) On the next page, click the 'Browse' button, in the position you wish to load the photo, and a small window will pop up

9) Find the photo that you saved in step 3, and click 'Open'. The window will then close and you'll be back on the main page.

10) Click the 'Upload' button.

3. What type of format do my photos need to be in?

They may be in any of the following formats: JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIFF or PNG.

4. What size must my photos be?

All photos must be less than 10 megabytes. Photos must be no more than 400 pixels high and no more than 400 pixels wide. The thumbnail photo (used in the search results page) should be 75 pixels wide by 75 pixels high).

5. How do I change my Press Kit photos?

Log into your Control Panel. Then scroll down to the 'Your Press Kit Services' section. Choose the "Upload/Change/Delete 12 Photo slideshow" option. Then on the next page, follow the instructions.

6. I loaded a photo into the first photo slot, why isn't it appearing on my press kit?

The photo you load in the first position on the loading page will not appear on your press kit page. This position loads the small thumbnail photo to your search results page. If you would like the same photo loaded as both your search results thumbnail and your main press kit photo, you will need to load the photo in both the first and second positions.

7. Why are the photo changes I made not appearing on my press kit?

Try clicking on the "refresh" button of your web browser. If this does not work, then try rebooting your computer. If you've successfully changed your photos in your Control Panel, they will change on your Press Kit!

8. My photo slideshow is not working. Why?

Please be sure to upload your photos in the correct order with which you'd like them to appear. Also, be sure not to leave blank spaces in between photos, otherwise some photos will not appear in the slideshow.

9. Can I upload photos that contain contact information?

No. Contact information may NOT be posted in Press Kit photos, Press Kit text, or Press Kit audio/video samples. By contact information, we mean website URLs, email addresses, and telephone numbers.

10. Are there any restrictions on the photos which I upload to my Press Kit?

GigMasters is committed to providing our Members and Users with a secure, comfortable environment. Nude, obscene, sexual, or otherwise offensive photos are subject to potential removal. If the subject in your photo would be considered unacceptable on a family friendly public beach or not permitted to be shown on regular television, your photo will not be permitted on GigMasters. GigMasters reserves the right to crop or reject any photo at our discretion.
