1. The audio in my slideshow is playing really fast and sounds like the Chipmunks. What can I do to fix this?

This means that your first MP3 file that you uploaded was encoded with Variable Bit Rate Encoding. You need to convert it to Fixed (or Constant) Bit Rate Encoding. We recommend the 'All To MP3 Converter' which can be downloaded at https://www.regnow.com/softsell/nph-softsell.cgi?item=5452-5&vreferrer=startmenu. If you are having trouble doing this, please contact GigMasters Customer Support

2. Why does my audio file sound garbled and scratchy?

The mp3 files you loaded have a sample rate of either 48.000 kHz or 24.000 kHz. Some early versions of the audio player we use have known problems playing these sample rates. Please convert your audio files to a sample rate 44.100 kHz. We recommend using iTunes to convert the sample rates. If you are having trouble doing this, please contact GigMasters Customer Support

5. I have A CD. How do I convert my songs to MP3 files?

Many computers come standard with mp3 encoding sofware. The encoding software we recommend is iTunes. You can download the software for it by going to: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/. Alternatively, if you don't feel comfortable using the software, GigMasters has partnered with a company called ZEITBYTE which can make the MP3 files for you. All you have to do is mail them your CD and they will do the rest. For more information, please click http://www.zeitbyte.com/gigmasters_promo.
