1. Which events can be displayed in my calendar?

Your Gig Calendar contains two types of gigs:

1) Non-GigMasters events. These are gigs which you enter into our system yourself and do not have a gig ID number assigned to them. For these types of gigs, you can add the date, time and location of the events. To record this type of booking, click on the "Add Gig" button and proceed to the next page.

2) GigMasters Events. These are gigs which are generated from Gig Requests submitted by GigMasters clients. These gigs have already been assigned a Gig ID number in our system. For these types of gigs, only the client can change the date, time, and location. You may, however, black out the date so that you are not available for other gigs on that date. To do this, click on the "Modify/Delete Gig" button and proceed to the next page.

NOTE: Please do not use your Gig Calendar to pay booking fees on gigs which have already been assigned a Gig ID number in our system. To pay booking fees on gigs which have already been assigned a Gig ID number in our system, you need to go to the 'Your Leads' section of your GigMasters Control Panel.

5) Click the submit button at the bottom of the page.

Please note: for the time being, you can only black out the entire day, but not part of a day.
