1. How do I log into my Control Panel?

Go to this page:

https://www.gigmasters.com/login.aspx

Then in the 'Client Login' section, enter your Username and Password. Then click on the "Continue" button.

2. I forgot my username, my password, or both.

Go to: http://www.gigmasters.com/forgotpassword.asp

Then enter your primary email address and click on the "Submit" button. We'll then email you your username and password within 60 seconds.

3. How can I leave feedback for a performer I have hired?

Once the date of your event has past, you can leave feedback for the performer by taking the following steps:

1. Securely log into your Control Panel by going to this page:

https://www.gigmasters.com/login.aspx

2. In the 'Client Login' section, enter your Username and Password.

3. Once you have logged into your Control Panel, scroll down to the 'Your Events' section.

4. Click the 'Feedback' button corresponding to the performer that you have hired.

5. On the next page, you will be able to rate the performer on 5 different topics, as well as leave whatever feedback that you would like (675 characters limit). Please be aware that your feedback will become immediately viewable by the public on the Gigmasters website. Please refrain from using any language that may be considered slanderous, libelous, defamatory or otherwise illegal.

4. How can I change my username and password?

To change your username and/or password:

1. Securely log into your Control Panel by going to this page:

https://www.gigmasters.com/login.aspx

2. Click the button that says 'Modify Profile'

3. On the next page, type in a different username and/or password.

4. Click the 'Update' button at the bottom of the page.
