Contacting Our Performers
- I'm on the search results page. I want to contact more than one performer. What do I need to do?
- I'm on a performer's full page press kit. I would like to contact this performer. What do I do?
- I'm on a full page Press Kit, and I'd like GigMasters to contact additional performers/groups on my behalf. What do I do?
- I'm now on the 'Contact Performers for Quotes' page. What do I do?
- I do not want to furnish my email address or telephone number. Does GigMasters require them?
- How long will it take for me to receive an email from each performer I've selected to contact?
- Is there an online demo which I can view?
1. I'm on the search results page. I want to contact more than one performer. What do I need to do?
Click the 'Add to my Performers' icon that appears on the upper left corner of each performers listing. This will redirect you to the 'My Performers' page where you can view all of the performers you have selected. Click the 'Add more performers' button to continue selecting performers.
Once you have added all of the performers you wish to contact, click the green 'My Performers' tab at the top of the page. On the following page, click Contact These Performers and fill out the form on the following page. Click the 'continue' button at the bottom of the form and your request will be sent to the performers. It will typically take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to hear back from the performers you contacted with a custom quote.

Click the gray 'Contact This Performer' icon that appears to the right of the performer's name, then fill out and submit the form on the following page.
^ Back to Top3. I'm on a full page Press Kit, and I'd like GigMasters to contact additional performers/groups on my behalf. What do I do?
Click the 'Contact this Performer' icon, you will be redirected to the contact form. Below the performer or performers you have already selected, you will find a series of checkboxes. Please mark the entertainment selections that match your requirements and be sure that the checkbox that reads '(recommended) To help ensure that I find entertainment for my event, I'd like GigMasters to contact similar performers on my behalf (maximum of 10)' is checked. We will use the information you provided to request quotes from performers similar to the ones you specifically requested.

Carefully fill out all of the required information and submit the form to us. It should take you no more than five minutes. Once you've submitted your information, we will email the performers you've selected immediately! It will typically take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to hear back from the performers you contacted with a custom quote.

Yes, we require your email address and telephone number, because although our performers will initially email you with their bids on your event, we recommend that you speak on the telephone as well.

Most of our performers reply within 24 hours. Some may reply within just a few hours! You will receive their bids by email from booking@gigmasters.com.
