1. I'm unable to listen to audio or watch video? Why?
Either you don't have the correct software on your computer, or the version of software you do have is outdated. We recommend using the latest versions of either 'Windows Media' or 'Real Player' to listen/watch audio and video.
^ Back to Top2. How does GigMasters determine the rating of each performer?
Each GigMasters group/performer is assigned a 'bookability' rating. This rating is not based solely on talent, because talent can be extremely subjective. The factors we use to determine the rating are: a) the number of bookings and total dollars which the group has earned during its most recent six months on GigMasters b) how much positive client feedback has been received. The GigMasters rating is on a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.
