1. I did a search, and I do not see a link for my city. What do I do?
Use the 'City/State' field to enter your event location. If your event is in Canada, you can enter your city and province.

Click on the name of the performer, and the full page press kit will open up.

This means we do not have anyone available in the category and location you selected.

^ Back to Top5. What determines the order of the search results?
We use an algorithm which factors in the type of entertainment you searched for, the location of your event, the type of venue, and the GigMasters rating of each performer. We then display the seach results based on this algorithm. We try and show you the most suitable entertainers for your event.
^ Back to Top6. Why do you show some performers who are very far away from my event?
We realize that ideally you'll want to hire a performer who is close to your event. However, some of our performers are willing to travel, and if they suit your needs, you may want to consider paying their travel costs.
^ Back to Top7. Can I see the prices a performer has quoted for events similar to mine?
Yes, simply click on the hyperlinked 'Pay Range' from either their press kit or the search results. You will see a window pop up which displays a history of actual bids on events submitted by this performer. This is designed to help give you an idea of the typical rates for this performer.
^ Back to Top8. Where can I read previous client feedback about each performer appearing in the search results?
On the search results page, if a band/performer has received GigMasters client feedback, you will see a 'Reviews' hyperlink next to the performer's name and rating. Click the hyperlink to read the client feedback.

On the search results page, click on either the name or the photo of the band/performer whose Press Kit you would like to view.
