1. Can I change the order of my songs?
Yes, use the "Sequence" tool to rearrange them if you need to.
Please Note: You will need to change the sequence number for all effected files. For example, if you wish to switch songs 1 and 3, you will need to change song number 1's sequence to 3 and song number 3's sequence to 1. If you do not change all effected songs you will save over them.
^ Back to Top2. In my GigMasters Press Kit, can I include links to my email address, main website, or audio/video samples?
No, GigMasters does not permit external links of any kind in your description field. All contact information (email address, phone number, and website address) is provided to clients when you respond to gig requests. If you are found with external links in your description once, the links will be removed. Twice, and you will be suspended from the GigMasters website. A third time, and you will be permanently removed.
^ Back to Top3. How do I prevent an event from showing up in the 'Upcoming Appearances' or 'Past Appearances' section of my Press Kit?
If you don't wish for an event to show up, please take the following steps:
1) Log into your control panel
2) Scroll down to the 'Your Gig Calendar' section
3) Click the button that says 'Modify/Delete Gig'
4) On the next page, select the date of the event and click the 'Submit' button
5) On the next page, un-check the box that says 'Show On Public Calendar' and click the 'Modify' button.
^ Back to Top4. What is the 'Related Press Kits' section of my press kit?
The 'Related Press Kits' section is an optional feature where you can have links to other GigMasters performers' press kits --often in exchange for them linking to you. This is strictly optionally and you don't have any if you don't want to. To add a performer to your 'Related Press Kits' section, please take the following steps:
1. Log securely into your Control Panel.
2. Scroll down to the 'Your Press Kit Services' section.
3. Click the 'GO' button next to where it says 'Modify Related Groups'.
4. Enter the first few letters of the performer's name and click 'Search'.
5. On the next page, check off the group that you want to add, and click 'Update'.
You can have up to five related groups.

To change which categories you are listed in, please take the following steps (Note: the number of categories you may choose is determined by what membership type - basic, professional, or gold) that you purchased.
1. Log securely into your Control Panel

2. In the first section, click the button that says 'Modify Profile'
3. On the next page, scroll down to the section titled 'Categories'. It is here where you may choose the categories in which you want to be listed.
4. When you are finished click the 'Continue' button.
5. On the next page, click the 'Update' button.

Your description can be a maximum of 5000 characters. Descriptions exceeding 5000 characters will negatively affect the layout and appearance of your GigMasters press kit.
