You can securely pay online with a credit card, a debit card, or PayPal, or pay offline with a personal check, certified check, or money order.

No. You need to pay for your Membership in full.

^ Back to Top6. Do Memberships come with money-back guarantees?
Yes, all initial Membership periods include 30 day, 100% money back guarantees. You will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of your original registration date. Additional Memberships created using the 50% off coupon, Upgrades and Renewals are non-refundable.
Please Note: That if you previously purchased and canceled a Membership, and then you purchase a new Membership at a later date, you will not be entitled to a refund of your new Membership purchase. Only one Membership refund per customer is permitted.

Yes, we offer a 50% discount on additional Memberships. To register for your additional Membership, just log into your GigMasters Control Panel, then click on the "Create Additional Membership" button. Then on the next page, you can begin the registration process for your additional Membership. Please keep in mind, the 50% discount only applies to the initial purchase of the additional Membership. There is no 50% discount on subsequent Membership renewals or upgrades. These memberships are non-refundable.

You can upgrade your Membership at any time. Just log into your Control Panel and go to the 'Membership Information' section. Membership upgrades are not refundable.
^ Back to Top9. How do I renew my Membership?
We'll email you a renewal notice five to ten days before your Membership is due to expire. You can renew through your Control Panel. If you renew before your current Membership expires, you will not lose those extra days. Membership renewals are not refundable.

Yes, you can temporarily de-activate your Membership by going to the 'Membership Information' section of your Control Panel. Please keep in mind, you will lose days during the time that your Membership is de-activated.

You're entitled to a full refund of your initial Membership purchase if you cancel within 30 days of your registration date. Simply email our Customer Support department and tell us you'd like to cancel. We do not offer partial refunds.
Please also note that if you previously purchased and canceled a Membership, and then you purchase a new Membership at a later date, you will not be entitled to a refund of your new Membership purchase. Only one Membership refund per customer is permitted. Membership renewals are not refundable.

Yes, if you email customer support and provide us with the coupon code (coupon code must be valid and not expired) and a reasonable explanation of what happened within 7 days of your registration date, we will issue you a refund of the coupon amount. No refunds will be issued after 7 days have passed from your Membership registration date.

GigMasters was designed for individual performers and groups and most of our features reflect that intent. That said, we do have many agents who are successfully using our system. If you are an agent, you should purchase a separate membership for each performer you represent. Please keep in mind that we give a 50% discount on additional memberships, if you purchase them through the control panel of your existing membership. The 50% discount will only apply for the first term of membership. Renewals and upgrades will be at full price.
