Anya Harp

A professional harpist, born in Serbia. Andrea started playing harp when she was 8 years old. By the way of advanced schooling she finished both elementary and music school by the age of 13, while she was attending the first year of music high school. She started attending university of Music arts in Belgrade when she was 14 years old, hence got her bachelor's degree when she was 18. She got her PhD from music studies by the age of 20. While going through the schooling process, she already made her way with public appearances and made her name well-known by appearing on multiple TV channels of Serbia(and later Europe), radio stations, and represented her country on many big events as one of the leading country's musicians. She was chosen to represent her country at the Harp world's congress in Amsterdam in 2008 where she receives great critics.In winter 2008, she held a solo concert in Paris, France.She attended more then 25 international competitions, and won so far 21 prize, out of which 12 of them were 1st place. She moved to Paris 2010 and continued specializing in her craft on the music conservatoire CNR and by performing for numerous events and clients. She was hired to perform for the elite hotel, resort and spa"Windsor" in Japan, under the contract that ended in March 2011, with great references. She shortly moves to US where she continues performing. Now she lives in Dallas with her husband and ever since she moved to U.S., she has performed for more then 50 different clients on weddings, church services, parties, and many different kind of events for many important clients, such as "Asscher diamond company"at the Hilton anatole hotel.
She's an entertainer who will amaze the crowd with her talent, experience and beauty, and make the special event even more distinguished and touching.
